MicroAge named Dell EMC an Outstanding Partner for 2016 at its annual awards dinner on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at the Arizona Biltmore.
Amanda Woody, MicroAge’s director of partner relations and marketing, presented the award, which recognizes supplier partners that demonstrate exceptional commitment to working with MicroAge to deliver innovative IT solutions to the clients they serve.
“Dell EMC invests in marketing and ample training resources to ensure our mutual success,” Woody said. “They trust us to use those marketing dollars wisely, encouraging us to experiment and try new things.”
Woody also noted that Dell EMC offers a broad product portfolio and truly outstanding support for the MicroAge team. She also praised Dell EMC channel account manager Chris Floyd, who was in attendance and accepted the award on Dell EMC’s behalf.
“Chris is a true asset to the success of our partnership,” Woody said. “He helps ensure our associates have the tools and knowledge they need to do their jobs. He considers his MicroAge colleagues his friends, and I think it’s safe to say the feeling is mutual.”
She finished on a note of gratitude.
“Thank you to Chris and to Dell EMC for your investment in and commitment to this partnership,” she said. “Together, we are achieving great things for both of our companies as we deliver solutions that benefit our clients.”
