About You…

This role requires at least 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with experience in a technology VAR industry. To be successful in this role, you should have great communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to think outside the box and propose new ways to meet or exceed organizational goals. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain associates who contribute to our organization’s growth.

As a Corporate Recruiter you will:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Source, screen, and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, certifications, and job skills for open positions.
  • Involved in writing and placing job postings for open positions internal and external.
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices to stay in compliance.
  • Partner with Sales Directors, Leadership, Training, and Marketing to stay up to date on recruitment advancements and recommend changes to boost recruitment efforts/needs
  • Partner with staffing agencies to manage new candidates and updates
  • Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
  • Conduct background checks for all candidates
  • Maintain and process accurate human resources records for each associate including records related to staffing, recruiting, sourcing, and new hires
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media)
  • Manage and promote referral bonus internally
  • Respond to verifications of employment and income.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What experience you need to be successful:

  • At least 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience managing a variety of role requisitions
  • Experience in the technology VAR industry is a PLUS
  • Experience with social media recruiting: LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, as well as other job boards
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Exceptional communication and organizations skills
