We are seeking a detail-oriented associate to provide support for our growing sales group. The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely order review and processing. They will provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers by demonstrating prompt and thorough attention to details, issues, and requests.

Note: This role is temporarily remote until we can safely return our support staff to our local office headquarters.

What your day looks like:

  • Reading client operations notes in full ensuring the request is followed and makes sense
  • Addressing validation issues such as “other” suppliers, California recycle fee issues, and releasing orders once addressed
  • Contacting sales associates when issues arise and work with them to correct errors or issues
  • Ensuring sales associates are following correct procedures when placing orders and educating them on best practices
  • Preauthorizing credit card orders
  • Manually pull in orders from Channel when not processed automatically
  • Ensuring tax ties to Channel prior to releasing orders
  • Verifying tax applicability from incoming Channel orders when necessary
  • Assisting in verifying ship to addresses, setting up suppliers and clients when necessary
  • Making credit decisions under $2,500
  • Backing up other areas as necessary
