As a Cloud Consultant Engineer on the Microsoft Power Platform, you will:

  • Lead and support client engagements establishing your expertise and influencing the client where necessary
  • Demonstrate PowerBI and Power Automate proficiency and experience to provide technical and analytical leadership
  • Leverage MicroAge methodology of Discover, Plan, Implement, and Document to deliver consistent results and timely project completion
  • Provide communication to customer inquiries via phone, email, and our internal ticket system, meeting, or exceeding SLA response times
  • Provide technical guidance to pre-sales team as needed
  • Enable clients to get the most out of their technology; help them work smarter not harder
  • Identify internal areas to help clients on future opportunities
  • Follow company process and standards to ensure efficient workflow and quality results
  • Work after business hours and weekends occasionally, based on client needs

What experience you need to be successful:

  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding resourcefulness, flexibility, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to determine priorities effectively by managing multiple tickets, projects, and clients
  • Affinity for developing strong business relationships across multiple levels of an organization
  • Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerAutomate and PowerBI
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale app analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
  • Knowledge of Flow licensing Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow.
  • Ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Flow
  • Proven record working with API or rest services integrations.
  • Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources
  • SQL and RDBMS proficiency preferable
  • Proven record creating and configuring SharePoint intake workflow applications
  • Natural problem solver who knows there’s an answer or solution to every challenge
