Responsibilities you’ll have as a Professional Solutions Architect:

• Participate in and lead presales engagements to scope custom work efforts that deliver satisfactory client outcomes for professional service projects
• Serve as technical visionary and advisor for client engagements during the presales process
• Provide high-level technical guidance for professional services and managed services teams, including escalations and counsel on project roadblocks or revised trajectories
• Provide strategic input into the presales process to drive the overall close rate of professional services projects
• Support the presales team through the scoping process, as needed
• Advise clients on hardware and software solutions

The knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be successful:

• 5+ years of experience building and managing Exchange environments
• 5+ years of experience building and managing VMware environments
• 5+ years of experience building and managing Azure environments
• 5+ years of experience performing on-prem to cloud migrations
• 5+ years experience in a client-facing role in an IT environment
• Ability to influence peers and clients through the sales and implementation process
• Strong attention to detail, outstanding resourcefulness, flexibility, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
• Ability to determine priorities effectively by managing multiple tickets, projects, and clients

Additional qualities that would be good for this role:

• Implementation and functional knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Azure and M365
  • VMware Virtualization
  • Firewalls and Switches
  • Microsoft Windows
• ConnectWise experience preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
