Responsibilities you’ll have as a Services Engineer I Services:

  • Assist with support and configuration of MSP client network equipment
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation relating to client environments.
  • Utilize network monitoring tools and alerting for troubleshooting.
  • Assist with or lead professional services network projects
  • Effectively work with multiple external clients on various projects, systems, and demands
  • Handle escalations from and provide guidance to the Services Engineer I team
  • Drive tickets to closure meeting SLAs and client expectations
  • Perform on-call support duties on a rotating basis

The knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be successful:

  • 1+ years required experience with setup, implementation, and configuration
  • 1+ years of MSP, or similar client-facing industry, experience is highly preferred
  • The ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Possess the ability and desire to develop relationships with clients and internal staff
  • Follow processes and identify possible improvements
  • Ensure proper time management skills
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Technical qualifications required:

  • Complete familiarity and expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Excellent Azure AD and Conditional Access skills
  • Excellent Intune skills
  • Excellent Intune Mobile Device Management skills
  • Proficient Azure skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Exchange skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Teams Administration, Teams Voice, and Teams User Proficiency Administration skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Teams Administration, Voice, and User Proficiency Administration skills
  • VMware experience will put you ahead of the pack
  • Possesses the belief that there is always an answer to a problem
