As a Services Engineer III, Microsoft Teams you will:

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Work on MSP projects as needed
  • Drive MSP and retainer tickets to closure within SLAs and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Handle escalations from the Service Engineer I team
  • Provide coordination of service via phone and email using our PSA system
  • Be able to adapt and learn quickly
  • Possess the ability and desire to develop relationships with clients and internal staff
  • Follow the process and identify possible improvements
  • Ensure proper time management skills
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Perform on-call support duties on a rotating basis
  • Be familiar with working in ConnectWise Manage/Automate/ITBoost

What experience you need to be successful:

  • Great with Microsoft Teams Administration, Teams Voice and Teams User Proficiency Administration
  • Solid understanding of Teams Governance and Best Practice from a Security Perspective
  • Ability to assist clients in migrating traditional file shares to Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Experience with OneDrive
  • Advanced Admin and Support of O365 and SharePoint
  • Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Forms a plus
  • ConnectWise experience preferred
    • IT Experience: 3 years required, 4 years preferred
    • MSP Experience: 1 year required, 2 years preferred
