As a Teams & SharePoint Consultant Engineer you will:

  • Lead and support client engagements, establishing your expertise and consulting the client when necessary
  • Utilize MicroAge methodology of Discover, Plan, Implement, and Document effectively to deliver consistent results and timely project completion
  • Build new applications from vision to production-ready system successfully.
  • Provide communication to customer inquiries via phone, email, and our internal ticket system—meeting, or exceeding SLA response times
  • Support pre-sales team with technical guidance as needed
  • Enable clients to get the most out of their technology; helping them work smarter
  • Identify internal areas to help clients on future opportunities
  • Ensure efficient workflow and quality results by following the MicroAge process and standards
  • Work occasional after-business hours and weekends, based on client needs

What experience you need to be successful:

  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding resourcefulness, flexibility, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to determine priorities effectively by managing multiple tickets, projects, and clients
  • Affinity for developing strong business relationships across multiple levels of an organization
  • Knows Teams and SharePoint inside and out
  • Excellent with SharePoint architecture patterns including all service applications
  • Knowledge of SharePoint APIs and solution implementation best practices
  • Designing and implementing solutions in SharePoint environments
  • Knows there is always an answer to a problem
