Larry Gentry

As Chief Executive Officer, Larry Gentry leads MicroAge’s strategic vision, ensuring the delivery of innovative cybersecurity, modern infrastructure, and cloud solutions. Under his leadership, the organization serves a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, government, education, retail, and utilities. Larry joined MicroAge in 2022 as part of the cStor acquisition where he was CEO and president. He brings decades of high-level management and senior leadership experience to his role as CEO. His business acumen was forged through key leadership positions at major organizations, including Custom Storage “cStor”, Kroger, Kohl’s Department Stores and Shopko. His deep understanding of tech-enabled business transformation is supported by a foundation of multiple industry certifications and academic studies at Lewis and Clark College and Mt. Hood Community College.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Larry is a dedicated community advocate. Since 2008, he has been a pillar of the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Having previously served as both Board Chair and Walk Chair. Larry is dedicated to giving back to others and has participated in several mission trips to Cuba with his church.

Rob Zack

Rob started his career as a CPA at a large public accounting firm. Since then, he’s had three decades of leadership experience, primarily serving as an operational chief financial officer for public and privately held technology organizations. An experienced MicroAge associate, Rob returned to the company for the third time in 2016 to drive MicroAge operations forward with his leadership, strategy and vision.

Larry Fulop

Larry has more than three decades of experience in the technology space. A UCLA grad, he has worked at IBM and Arrow Electronics, and served as a vice president and general manager for Avnet Technology Solutions before coming to MicroAge. As MicroAge’s vice president of marketing and technology, Larry’s vision has sparked transformation of our core business to become a complete services and solutions organization.

Tracey Hayes

Tracey made her start as an account executive at MicroAge in 1993. Over three decades, she’s taken on roles from account development to product marketing—learning every aspect of the business and the IT industry. Tracey’s experience in sales leadership and strategy, demand generation and background in channel has supported MicroAge in propelling a sales-driven organization as our vice president of sales.

Tim McCulloch

Tim McCulloch is a technology executive with a passion for driving innovation, building high-performance teams, and aligning IT strategy with business growth. Known for blending technical expertise with strategic vision, he delivers measurable outcomes, fosters collaboration, and empowers organizations through data-driven decision-making. With more than two decades of experience in technology leadership, Tim has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive digital transformation, modernize infrastructure, and implement scalable solutions across diverse industries.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at MicroAge, Tim plays a key role in shaping the company’s technology strategy and advancing its innovation agenda. He leads sales engineering and drives regional sales efforts in key markets across the country.

MicroAge Appoints Alex Ryals as New VP of Cybersecurity Solutions & Strategy

Alex Ryals

Alex Ryals serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President of Solutions for MicroAge. In his role, Alex leads both internal IT and Cybersecurity functions and client-facing solution architect and delivery teams in the areas of cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, AI/Data/Automation and professional/managed services.

Previously, Alex was the Global VP of Channel Sales at Ping Identity where he focused on designing and selling identity security solutions through partners around the world. Before Ping Identity, Alex held various Americas and Global VP roles over the cybersecurity business at global IT distributors, TD SYNNEX, Tech Data and Avnet, where he was responsible for accelerating sales through a global partner ecosystem. Ryals has more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector with a deep background in delivery services, solution architecture, sales and leadership. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Computer Science.

Kevin Lane

Kevin Lane is Vice President of Finance at MicroAge, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience in finance, accounting, operations, and business transformation. He is responsible for driving operational efficiency, accounting, financial reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic business initiatives that support MicroAge’s continued growth and client-focused innovation.

Prior to rejoining MicroAge in 2020, Kevin held finance and accounting leadership roles with organizations including Keap, Car Charging Group, ECOtality, OPENLANE, Renegy Holdings, Catalytica Energy Systems, and PetSmart. A longtime MicroAge veteran, he previously spent 15 years with the organization in various operational, accounting, and finance leadership positions. Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a previously licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Arizona.

Kate Sneider

Kate Sneider is Vice President of Marketing at MicroAge, bringing over two decades of experience leading marketing strategy for technology-driven organizations. She is responsible for shaping MicroAge’s brand, digital engagement, content strategy, and field marketing initiatives, aligning marketing closely with business development and client success.

Prior to working for MicroAge, Kate held various marketing leadership roles for companies including TD SYNNEX, Tech Data, and Avnet. She holds an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University.

Rick Trujillo

Rick Trujillo is the VP of Data Intelligence & Services Engagement at MicroAge, where he leads the strategy, growth, and delivery of data, AI, cloud, and professional services solutions. Rick works closely with clients, Microsoft, and industry partners to help organizations modernize their technology platforms, unlock business value from data, and prepare for AI adoption. He also leads the Octem.ai practice, focusing on AI readiness, governance, data engineering, and business transformation initiatives that help clients achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success.

Prior to leading Octem.ai, Rick played a key role in developing and expanding MicroAge's cloud and managed services (MSP) programs. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years in IT solutions sales, helping organizations align technology investments with strategic business objectives.

Travis Richards

Travis Richards is Vice President of Services at MicroAge, bringing almost three decades of experience helping organizations achieve their business objectives through strategic services and technology solutions. He partners with clients to develop and execute IT strategies across managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and digital workspace solutions, aligning technology investments with operational efficiency, security, and long-term growth.

Prior to joining MicroAge, Travis held technology leadership and consulting roles focused on enterprise IT solutions, building trusted client relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes across a wide range of industries.

Joelle Fosco

Joelle Fosco is the Senior Director of Human Resources at MicroAge and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She leads the company's Human Resources and Learning & Development functions, specializing in employment law, HR compliance, talent strategy, and organizational development.

Passionate about fostering a strong organizational culture and supporting business growth, Joelle partners with leaders to build a compliant, high-performing workplace where associates and the organization can thrive.
