Onboard process:

  • Internal kickoff meeting.  All MicroAge stakeholders will meet and confirm prerequisites and expectations
  • Initial planning and services coordination. MicroAge initiates the project plan and engages the client to establish access to the environment
  • External kickoff meeting.  MicroAge will meet with the client and stakeholders for introductions, project overview, risks and dependencies, phases, and communication strategy
  • Discovery, planning, and implementation.  With proper understanding, communication, and access to the environment, MicroAge ensures the deliverables are met
  • Documentation and closeout.  Project management schedules a final meeting for official project completion acceptance
