Recognition honors Hayes’ leadership, channel impact, and commitment to building strong teams and partnerships.

This honor recognizes Tracey Hayes’s commitment to channel innovation and excellence through her leadership of MicroAge’s national sales organization. Hayes has played a key role in driving record-setting performance, building a high-performing sales team, and strengthening relationships across MicroAge’s partner and client ecosystem. Her focus on collaboration and continuous learning has helped clients navigate evolving opportunities and challenges across AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and other critical technologies.
Since joining MicroAge in 1993, Hayes has held leadership roles across account development, product marketing, and sales, helping shape the collaborative, performance-driven culture that continues to differentiate the company. Today, she remains focused on developing top talent, strengthening long-term relationships, and helping MicroAge, its partners, and clients achieve greater success together.
“The finalists for the CRN Women of the Year Awards represent some of the most accomplished and influential leaders across the IT channel,” said Jennifer Follett, VP of U.S. Content and Executive Editor at CRN, The Channel Company. “Their accomplishments reflect the talent, determination, and forward-thinking approach that continue to strengthen our industry. We are honored to recognize their achievements and celebrate the meaningful impact they are making throughout the industry.”
“Tracey’s impact on MicroAge goes far beyond the results she delivers,” said Larry Gentry, CEO of MicroAge. “She has an exceptional ability to bring people together, develop talent, strengthen partnerships, and keep our teams focused on creating meaningful outcomes for our clients. Her leadership has been instrumental in our continued growth, but what stands out most is the culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration she builds around her. Being named a finalist for CRN’s Woman of the Year is a well-deserved recognition of the influence Tracey has had on MicroAge and across the broader channel.”
This is the fourth annual CRN Women of the Year Awards, which spotlight extraordinary women, companies, and allies who demonstrate dedication to advancing the IT industry through their leadership and initiatives each day. The winners of the Women of the Year Awards will be announced at the Awards Gala on December 8, 2026, in New York City.
