Recognition honors MicroAge’s commitment to giving back through volunteerism, charitable partnerships, and community engagement.

MicroAge proudly announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company®, has named MicroAge a finalist for the CRN 2026 Women of the Year Community Impact Award.

The Community Impact Award honors philanthropic actions companies have taken to build and improve the world around them. MicroAge was recognized as a finalist for its ongoing commitment to giving back through financial support, volunteerism, nonprofit partnerships, and hands-on community engagement.

At the heart of these efforts is ActTogether, MicroAge’s company-wide community engagement initiative, which empowers associates across the country to support causes addressing needs ranging from hunger relief and youth development to health, veterans, animal welfare, and vulnerable populations.

Over the past year, MicroAge associates have supported organizations including Feed My Starving Children, St. Vincent de Paul, the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer’s Association, and Ronald McDonald House Charities. MicroAge also incorporates giving into major company events, including last year’s Pedal with Purpose initiative at MicroAge CONNECT, where associates and partners built 45 bicycles and personalized helmets and bags for military families at Luke Air Force Base.

“Giving back is an important part of who we are at MicroAge,” said Joelle Fosco, Senior Director of Human Resources at MicroAge. “Our associates genuinely want to make a difference, and ActTogether gives them meaningful opportunities to turn that commitment into action. Being named a finalist for the Community Impact Award is a wonderful recognition of the compassion and generosity our associates and partners bring to the communities we serve.”

This is the fourth annual CRN Women of the Year Awards, which spotlight extraordinary women, companies, and allies who demonstrate dedication to advancing the IT industry through their leadership and initiatives each day. The winners of the Women of the Year Awards will be announced at the Awards Gala on December 8, 2026, in New York City. The Women of the Year Awards Finalists can be viewed online at www.crn.com/women-of-the-year.
