The 2019 Phoenix Business Journal’s list marks MicroAge’s sixth year to rank.
MicroAge is proud to announce recognition again as one of the Best Places to Work in the Valley by the Phoenix Business Journal. MicroAge has made the list each of the six years the company was nominated.
Companies are ranked based on the results of an anonymous third-party employee survey.
“Being named a Best Place to Work is rewarding because it’s a measure of how our associates feel about MicroAge and our culture,” said Rob Zack, MicroAge chief operating officer.
“The current job market is tighter than ever before, so attracting and keeping a talented workforce is one of our top priorities,” continued Zack. “With the MicroAge values as our North Star, we continue looking for ways to make a positive impact on our associates’ personal and professional lives. This award confirms we’re on the right path.”
Recognition was announced at the Journal’s annual Best Places to Work luncheon on December 12, 2019, at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix.
