For the third year in a row, MicroAge is proud to give back during the holiday season by volunteering at local Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) across the country and sponsoring 300 children in a gift drive. For more than 50 years, RMHC has provided a comforting “home-away-from-home” for families with seriously ill or injured children receiving medical treatment, helping them stay close when it matters most.
This year, our team came together with partners and friends in many ways to make a meaningful impact for families across the country. From preparing meals and serving families to donating gifts, every moment is an opportunity to share kindness and hope, encouraging our team members and the community to come together during a special time.
Gifts That Make a Difference
Thanks to the generosity of our MicroAge team, we’ve been able to continue our annual holiday charity drive, helping support the families of Ronald McDonald House Charities. This year, we’re sponsoring 300 children. Through a child’s wish list and donations from the team, we’re able to provide thoughtful gifts and blankets to keep families warm, cozy and cheerful this holiday season. This is an opportunity to bring 300 smiles, instill hope and bring comfort to families who are going through a challenging time and deserve the spirit of giving. We’re happy that together, we can turn compassion into action and truly make spirits bright.
Making an Impact from City to City
We kicked off our fall charity series in Austin, Texas, with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas (RMHC CTX). Alongside our friends at Dell Technologies, we created a warm, welcoming environment for families navigating difficult times. Soon after, we headed to Chicago, Illinois, where we once again partnered with Dell Technologies to support Ronald McDonald House Chicago, bringing comfort and care to families in need. Every small act of kindness makes a big difference, and we were honored to be part of that.
It’s always an honor to contribute to a cause that keeps families together when they need it most. Our journey continued in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where we joined forces with Total Asset Managers, LLC to support Ronald McDonald House New Mexico and wrapped up the year in Portland with Nutanix and Veeam Software, supporting Ronald McDonald House Oregon. Sharing a meal and a smile is a simple gesture that can mean the world to families facing uncertainty.
