This year marks MicroAge’s ninth appearance on the annual Phoenix Business Journal list.

MicroAge is proud to announce it has earned recognition as one of 2022’s Best Places to Work in the Valley by The Phoenix Business Journal.

MicroAge Named a 2022 Best Places to Work logoMicroAge has made the list each of the nine years the company was nominated.

Companies are ranked based on the results of an anonymous third-party employee survey.

“Recognition on The Phoenix Business Journal’s annual list of the Best Places to Work is one of our most coveted awards,” says MicroAge CEO Rob Zack. “It’s particularly significant to our leadership team and me because we are voted onto the list by our associates.”

“One positive aspect the pandemic brought about was the clarity that a work-from-home model works for us,” continues Rob. “Associates have more flexibility where they work—whether in the office or at home, we still have our fun daily calls with Bingo, Jeopardy, sports, and trivia games, and we all get together once or twice a quarter to stay connected.”

“We are honored that at a time when many organizations have had difficulty attracting and keeping employees, MicroAge continues to grow,” adds MicroAge Director of Human Resources Joelle Fosco. “We have one of the best retention rates in the industry, and the fact that the men and women who choose a career at MicroAge have voted us a Best Place to Work for nine years is a source of pride for us all.”

Rankings will be announced at the Journal’s Best Places to Work Luncheon on December 8, 2022.
