For the third year in a row, annual list honors MicroAge for its extensive technical expertise and certifications.
MicroAge is proud to announce that it has once again made the CRN® Tech Elite 250. The 2017 list by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, honors an exclusive group of North American IT
solution providers that have earned the highest number of advanced technical certifications from leading technology vendors, relative to their company size. This is the third year in a row that MicroAge has landed a spot on the list.
Each year The Channel Company’s research group and CRN editors identify the most customer-beneficial technical certifications in the North American IT channel. Having such designations allows solution providers to deliver premium products, services and customer support. The team then identifies solution providers from a pool of online applicants that have obtained the most elite designations.
“This exclusive, ambitious group of solution providers boasts some of the most advanced IT certifications available from top technology suppliers,” said Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company. “They have adapted impressively to major changes in the IT channel, especially the shift to a more services-driven market, by expanding their skill sets and sharpening both their technical and customer service expertise. Congratulations to our 2017 list, whose robust investment in their organizations has earned them yet another elite designation — the CRN Tech Elite 250.”
MicroAge continuously invests in the technical development and education of its associates, and in turn, its associates are highly tech-savvy, always building their knowledge base and achieving top certifications to better serve their clients.
“We have built a culture that supports and encourages professional development,” said Mark McKeever, MicroAge Principal. “I’m incredibly proud of our associates who have embraced this value and seek to use their technical expertise to exceed our clients’ expectations every day.”
