Key Responsibilities you’ll have as an Business System Analyst:
Client Engagement & Business Analysis
- Act as a Business Systems Analyst, leading requirements gathering sessions with clients to define solution needs, business processes, and technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Product Ownership & Solution Development
- Function as the Product Owner for client solution development projects, ensuring solutions meet business and technical objectives.
- Collaborate with development teams to manage backlogs, define priorities, and oversee the solution lifecycle.
- Work closely with clients throughout the development process to validate requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
Consulting & Solution Ideation
- Guide clients in solution envisioning, helping them explore opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Provide strategic recommendations on technology adoption, business process optimization, and solution feasibility.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify high value use cases and develop roadmaps for client solutions.
Sales Enablement & Practice Advocacy
- Serve as the primary educator and advisor to Account Executives and Pre-Sales teams on how to effectively sell our consulting practice to prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and messaging frameworks to support sales efforts.
- Assist in crafting compelling value propositions, proposal content, and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.
Project Management Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers to align project delivery with client expectations, manage timelines, and ensure resource coordination.
- Provide project managers with technical insights to support project planning and risk mitigation.
Technical Expertise and Continuous Learning
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Post-Sales Support and Client Training
- Provide post-implementation support, including conducting training sessions, developing user documentation, and offering ongoing assistance to ensure clients derive maximum value from the solutions.
