Are you an experienced project management professional that thrives in a client first-environment?  We’re looking for a skilled project manager with 3+ years of experience who is ready to execute and elevate our project management process.  Between project and support work, our clients keep us busy, and we need your help keeping our projects planned, tracked, reported on, and executed to our impeccable standards. You know how to drive tasks and moving parts through to completion and are excellent with clients and co-workers alike. And you’re able to drive clients through tracking, consistent communication, and updates.

As a Project Manager you will:

  • Manage client engagements, from retainer projects to MSP projects and for our onsite services/Field Services team
  • Act as single point of contact for assigned projects by scheduling, distributing notes, and tracking action items for kick-off calls and status calls
  • Maintain, live by, and drive internal adoption of project management software, Teamwork
  • Develop detailed project schedules that sync client needs with internal workflow
  • Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, and remain in frequent communication with the team to ensure roadblocks are avoided and timelines and budgets are met
  • Monitor progress and drive closure on support tickets in ZenDesk
  • Maintain professional and personable relationships with clients, handling challenges with finesse and ease
  • Rely on persistence and prioritization to ensure deadlines and budget targets are met
  • Proactively identify problems before they arise, and provide timely internal and client communication
  • Utilize high bandwidth to simultaneously prioritize both the big picture and smaller details

What experience you need to be successful:

  • Communicates thoroughly and effectively, unafraid of being overly communicative or persistent
  • Thrives on a tight-knit team with a great reputation and a large client roster
  • Maintains a strong growth mindset, constantly aiming to improve your own skills, and our Services approach
  • Exposure to IT industry and terminology highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, VMware, and Networking a big plus
  • Project+ certification and PMP certification preferred
