Sr. Invoicing Specialist

Phoenix, Arizona – Hybrid: work from home and in office
Full-Time, hourly non-exempt

Responsibilities you’ll have as a Sr. Invoicing Specialist

  • Manage internal Accounts Payable, including internal expense reconciliation and reporting
  • Manage email inboxes to research and resolve all invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Assign open issues to the team for processing
  • Manage and process monthly recurring invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system and ensure items and pricing are accurate
  • Create client invoices and assist Account Executives with resolving any discrepancies
  • Run daily/weekly reports to ensure all client invoices are processed
  • Generate credit card charge reports
  • Research freight variances and work with Account Executives to resolve issues

The knowledge, skills, and abilities you need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of previous Accounts Payable processing and/or accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in sales support, purchasing, invoicing, and order entry systems a plus

Personal qualities best for this role:

  • Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment across organizational boundaries is required
