Phoenix, Arizona – Hybrid: work from home and in office
Full-Time, hourly non-exempt
Responsibilities you’ll have as a Sr. Invoicing Specialist
Manage internal Accounts Payable, including internal expense reconciliation and reporting
Manage email inboxes to research and resolve all invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Assign open issues to the team for processing
Manage and process monthly recurring invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system and ensure items and pricing are accurate
Create client invoices and assist Account Executives with resolving any discrepancies
Run daily/weekly reports to ensure all client invoices are processed
Generate credit card charge reports
Research freight variances and work with Account Executives to resolve issues
The knowledge, skills, and abilities you need to be successful:
3+ years of previous Accounts Payable processing and/or accounting experience preferred
Experience in sales support, purchasing, invoicing, and order entry systems a plus
Personal qualities best for this role:
Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required
Ability and desire to work in a team environment across organizational boundaries is required
