Rob Zack

Rob started his career as a CPA at a large public accounting firm. Since then, he’s had three decades of leadership experience, primarily serving as an operational chief financial officer for public and privately held technology organizations. An experienced MicroAge associate, Rob returned to the company for the third time in 2016 to drive MicroAge operations forward with his leadership, strategy and vision.

Larry Gentry

Larry Gentry is responsible for ensuring MicroAge’s Regional division provides its clients with innovative cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud solutions for the healthcare, manufacturing, government, education, retail, insurance, and utility industries. His business acumen and management expertise stem from years of senior level leadership and high-tech management experience with companies such as Kroger, Kohl’s department stores and Shopko. Larry attended Lewis and Clark College along with Mt. Hood Community College prior to beginning his management career and holds multiple industry certifications. Larry has been involved with the Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association since 2008, holding past roles of Board Chair, Walk Chair and currently leads their efforts for corporate engagement and sponsorship.

Larry has more than three decades of experience in the technology space. A UCLA grad, he has worked at IBM and Arrow Electronics, and served as a vice president and general manager for Avnet Technology Solutions before coming to MicroAge. As MicroAge’s vice president of marketing and technology, Larry’s vision has sparked transformation of our core business to become a complete services and solutions organization.

Tracey Hayes

Tracey made her start as an account executive at MicroAge in 1993. Over three decades, she’s taken on roles from account development to product marketing—learning every aspect of the business and the IT industry. Tracey’s experience in sales leadership and strategy, demand generation and background in channel has supported MicroAge in propelling a sales-driven organization as our vice president of sales.

Tim McCulloch

Tim McCulloch has an impressive background in technology leadership. His career spans over two decades, during which he has consistently demonstrated innovative leadership and a keen ability to drive technological advancements. As CTO, McCulloch is instrumental in shaping MicroAge’s corporate IT strategy, driving the AI/ML roadmap and service adoption, ensuring corporate security compliance, leading sales engineering, and evolving the company’s cybersecurity practice.
