This year marks MicroAge’s seventh appearance on the annual Phoenix Business Journal list.
MicroAge is proud to announce recognition as one 2020’s Best Places to Work in the Valley by the Phoenix Business Journal. MicroAge has made the list each of the seven years the company was nominated.
Companies are ranked based on the results of an anonymous third-party employee survey.
“Being voted a Best Place to Work once again is an honor—especially in this year of disruption and uncertainty,” said MicroAge CEO Rob Zack. “I am so impressed by our associates and how they have adapted to working from home and the creative ways they’ve found to stay connected. The Best Places to Work award is a recognition we value dearly because we earn it by our associates voicing their opinions on how they feel about being part of the MicroAge family.”
“The Best Places to Work in the Valley designation is a great benefit to MicroAge in several areas—most notably in attracting future associates,” added MicroAge Director of Human Resources Joelle Fosco. “The award signifies MicroAge’s efforts to create an environment that puts associates first and encourages their personal and professional growth. But the most meaningful reward for us comes in knowing that our associates voted us onto this prestigious list, and that they enjoy the culture and community that comes with choosing a career path at MicroAge.”
Recognition was announced at the Journal’s Best Places to Work virtual event on December 8, 2020.
