MicroAge® is proud to share its most recent charitable initiative, Pedal with Purpose, a hands-on, high-energy team-building experience held during the company’s annual CONNECT 2025 Sales Kickoff. Sponsored by MicroAge partner ExaGrid, the event brought together MicroAge associates and partners to assemble and donate 45 brand-new bicycles and helmets, supporting families at the Luke Air Force Base Military and Family Readiness Center.
This year’s CONNECT theme, “Innovation Focused, People Powered,” was brought to life as associates rolled up their sleeves and swapped laptops for handlebars in an event rooted in generosity and fun. Teams were challenged to build the bikes using only one hand per person, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and a lot of laughter. The finished bikes were gifted to military families as a way to honor their service and bring joy to children at Luke Air Force Base.

The event also featured custom helmet decorating, friendly trike races, and the kind of camaraderie that defines MicroAge’s award-winning culture.
