Sales Coach Manager

Note: This role is temporarily remote until we can safely return our support staff to our local office headquarters. We are seeking applicants in Arizona where we are based in Tempe.

As a Sales Coach Manager you will:

  • Build, develop, and coach sales teams to carry out critical sales and service initiatives
  • Implement and guide account executives through solution-selling services with a focus on MRR
  • Create and train best practices around using Microsoft Dynamics for client interactions and outreach
  • Oversee pipeline management/forecasting and activity attainment to promote revenue growth
  • Plan and monitor sales associates’ performance, including using a first-year-goals evaluation process
  • Coach sales associates on building and growing relationships, negotiation skills, and closing deals
  • Identify and develop new lines for business growth
  • Develop manufacturer-lead programs to support new client development and prospecting efforts
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of new-hire account executives

What experience you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Recent experience in the VAR industry required
  • 3+ years experience in a solution-selling IT role
  • 5+ years experience selling to IT end-users
  • IT end-user experience and a proven track record of selling technology is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the desire to work in a team-based environment across the organization and functional boundaries
  • Ability to work with or without direction
  • Dedication and focus, strong work ethic
